This is exactly what Grace Ng does with her own start up, which was a smart phone app. She talks about the process of creating the product, launching the product, the product failing, and what she did to turn it around. She uses the Lean Startup method of design for her businesses now, and she also talks about how valuable the information and techniques have helped to become a successful entrepreneur.
