A social entrepreneur is someone who creates a business with the main goal of making social change, this is most commonly done through non profit organizations. In this wonderful TEDxBarcelona presentation, Lluis Pareras talks about how beneficial it would be to merge non profit and profit companies together to make them have a deeper impact in the social situations that they are intended to. It is an eye opening and insightful presentation that just about anyone can take something valuable away from.
